Would like to say that being a Pilates and Fitness instructor for me is more than a career choice but a lifestyle centering on helping people getting stronger and healthier, helping them to find their best alignments and balance. I have been in fitness industry about 10 years and always been passionate about creating new projects and collaborating with different studios and fitness professionals. One of my project was AZ BOOTCAMP OUTDOOR, (SEDONA Arizona), another one Istanbul Cihangir Bootcamp, where I was hosting HIIT workouts outdoor inspiring my students to become more athletic and work on their stamina, endurance, muscle strength and physical performance , as well as to burn a lot of Calories in a Short Amount of time, to help increase Metabolic Rate, to help lose fat, Improve Oxygen Consumption and get in the best shape.
My last position was a Pilates practitioner and Senior fitness specialist and HIIT instructor in Singapore Pilates Fitness Rehab studio (2019-2020) , prior to that i worked as Reformer Pilates / Fitness instructor at 6 SENSES SPA Soneva Kiri Thailand and Kaplankaya Bodrum Turkey (2018-2019) , teaching Reformer Pilates and about 6 different fitness programs like HIIT, Tabata, Barre, TRX, Zumba and Vinyasa Yoga.
My Pilates instructor goals are always to help my students to achieve the best shape and healthy condition ever through realigning posture via personalized Pilates practices and strengthening, to stabilize the spine and develop and improve balance and overall strength, to Increase flexibility and body awareness, and make my students feel better through taking care of their body and spirit.
